Job description
Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy within skilled nursing facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and discharge plans while maintaining professional interaction with facilities and clients.
Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, maintaining documentation, and staying compliant with OBRA, state practice acts, and Reliant policies.
