Lead Pressure WasherWe're looking for an experienced, hands-on, and dependable Lead Pressure Washer to lead our pressure washing operations. This is a working leadership role covering both day and night shifts — you'll be out in the field alongside your crew while also overseeing, scheduling, and coordinating the team to keep our commercial properties in top shape. No two days are the same.Team LeadershipOverseeing, scheduling, and coordinating your team's daily assignments and routesLeading, training, and mentoring technicians on the jobEnsuring work is completed safely, on time, and to Carolina Sweepers' quality standardsCoordinating equipment, tools, and supplies so crews are ready for each jobCommunicating with management and reporting on team performance and job progressIn the FieldPressure washingPerforming minor maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, asphalt patching, etc.)Performing mechanic maintenance as neededPortering as neededInstalling and servicing property signsConducting routine property inspectionsWelding (if qualified)Safely operating a company vehicle and equipmentUsing mobile apps and completing daily reportsManaging company tools and credit card with careRequirements:2 years of field or maintenance experience preferred, but not requiredPrior supervisory, team-lead, or crew-management experience strongly preferredStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsActive driver license and clean driving recordAvailability to work both day and night shifts, including early/late hours and weekends as necessaryAbility to work on ladders/roofs and near retention pondsAbility to lift 100 lbs or moreWillingness to work outside in all kinds of weather and come in contact with trashSafety is our priority!
