Job description
Saint Alphonsus Health System in Idaho seeks a Lead RN for Fruitland Health Plaza (Family Medicine and Urgent Care). You will provide clinical leadership, supervise back-office operations, and still perform direct patient care including triage, working with staff and physicians.
Responsibilities include staff meetings, scheduling, education, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and purchasing day-to-day supplies. Strong leadership with nursing background preferred; BLS required.
