Shift LeaderServes as a Shift Leader who is an assistant to the Guard Shift Supervisor. Makes daily assignments to ensure that guard coverage is provided to assigned patrol areas. Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques and provides on-the-job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures.
