Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound services and oversee daily workflow in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure image quality and safety, and coordinate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to support accurate diagnoses and timely care. You will mentor sonographers and students, support protocol and quality improvement initiatives, and help optimize equipment utilization.
