Job description
Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and guide a high-performing imaging team. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure image quality, and support accurate, timely diagnoses across a variety of patient populations. You will mentor staff and student sonographers, coordinate daily workflow, and collaborate closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary care teams. Working within a collaborative, patient-focused culture, you’ll help drive quality improvement, support accreditation efforts, and contribute to compassionate, community-centered care.
