Job description
As a Lead Sonographer at Wellstar, you will perform and oversee advanced diagnostic ultrasound exams across a variety of patient populations. You will coordinate daily workflow, ensure image quality, and support safe, compassionate care aligned with Wellstar’s mission. In this leadership role, you will mentor sonography staff, support protocol development, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes in a dynamic clinical environment.
