• Serve as the primary system level coordination point between team leadership/strategy/product planning, system design, and software development teams.

• Lead requirement correlation discussions to resolve ambiguity, conflicts, or gaps prior to development execution.

• Ensure shared understanding of product intent, terminology, and system expectations across organizations.

• Responsible for coordinating the system architecture design is complete and facilitating documentation with subject matter experts in each function area.

• For products that require Japan office support, provide additional leadership in correlating above items with GO members.

Process Ownership & Governance:

• Act as Process Owner for digital product system requirements, including domain definition, documentation standards, and requirement quality governance.

• Establish and maintain consistent system level requirement workflows that support SDV development, OTA readiness, and vehicle launch timing.

• Drive continuous improvement of requirement processes, clarity, and efficiency.

System Verification, Validation, & Qualification:

• Validate system level outputs against original product intent prior to market deployment, including OTA and at launch implementations.

• Ensure system requirements support downstream verification through clear acceptance criteria, testability, and traceability.

• Identify system level risks related to requirement gaps or misalignment and drive mitigation actions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Product Release Support:

• Support digital product release activities by ensuring system requirements are complete, aligned, and validated for release readiness.
