nEaslan Management Company is seeking an experienced and eager Leasing Consultant to join our team at Pelham Place South & Pelham Place North in Greenville, SC .
nThis role is essential to our team’s success and offers a unique opportunity to impact a dynamic environment significantly. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our residents and prospects.
nEssential Functions
nThe Leasing Consultant core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
nnConduct property tours to prospects, highlighting community amenities, local surroundings, and the lifestyle available at our apartment homes.
nDrive occupancy and rent growth by effectively selling the community.
nAssist in the application process, including collecting information and initiating background checks to qualify prospects for an apartment home.
nEnsure apartments are ready for move-in and coordinate move-in schedules.
nDeliver exceptional service to residents, exceeding expectations and maintaining retention.
nManage administrative and office activities, ensuring all rental paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
n nSchedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, every other Saturday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
nQualifications
nn1 year of experience in a leasing role within an apartment community preferred.
nProficiency in computer and math skills, with experience in Windows.
nExcellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
nDetail-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

nnAbility to navigate the property for tours and inspections, including walking and climbing stairs.
nMoving or lifting items less than 25 lbs occasionally.
