Job description
Hillpointe, a premier real estate development and investment firm, seeks a Resident Experience Manager to drive leasing activity, tenant satisfaction, and occupancy goals at our Savannah community. You will execute daily leasing, renewals, and deliver exceptional customer service while exploring process improvements.
In this role you will collaborate on marketing, manage CRM interactions, lead a guest services team, and ensure timely responses to prospects and residents.
