Job description
OG.com is seeking a Legal Counsel - Capital and Prediction Markets in the United States. This role focuses on SEC law as it relates to national securities exchanges and broker-dealers, and the intersections with prediction markets and regulated derivatives.
You will advise across business units, draft policies, and represent OG.com before regulators, with cross-border Europe experience a plus. Collaboration with external counsel will be essential to ensure compliant operations.
