Emerald Heating & Air is a locally owned and operated HVAC company looking for a licensed HVAC Journeyman to join our growing team!
We're looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in their work and provides excellent service to our customers.
Position: Licensed HVAC Journeyman
Pay: $25-$30 per hour, DOE - commissions on installs and spiffs for after-hour calls
Schedule: Generally Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Occasional after-hours and weekend jobs will be required
Responsibilities
Install new HVAC systems and equipment
Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide quality customer service and clearly communicate with customers
Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
Qualifications
Valid HVAC Journeyman License required
HVAC installation and service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Attention to detail is a MUST!
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours
