Licensed Insurance Customer Service RepresentativeJustin Hamilton - State Farm Agency, located in Kerrville, TX is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent. If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Answer phones and greet clientsEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationUse a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance optionsYou will receive:$30,000 - $40,000 Salary (based on experience and insurance licensing)Potential Commission/bonusPaid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days)Retirement PlanValuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeRequirements:Insurance customer service experience preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedDetail orientedProactive in problem solvingAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviewsAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty Casualty licenseLife and Health licenseBilingual; fluent in Spanish and English preferred but not requiredIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
