Licensed Insurance Sales PositionAWA Insurance, located in Fort Myers and Port Charlotte, FL, has an immediate opening for a full-time, Insurance sales position. We are looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team.If you have a talent for insurance sales and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Sales Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and help provide solutions to a needs-based product.This is not a remote position. Please only apply if you are able to make the commute to our Fort Myers or Port Charlotte office location.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Answer phones and greet clients.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service and quotes. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.You will receive:Salary plus commissions (salary predicated on experience)Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)Profit SharingHealth InsuranceValuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancementRequirementsCustomer Service or insurance sales experience preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedDetail orientedProactive in problem solvingAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty Casualty license, 4-40 or 2-20 (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
