Job description
Headway is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care through our tech-first platform. As an LMFT, you will provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy via secure telehealth, serving diverse clients seeking support with relationships, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You will complete assessments, create collaborative treatment plans, track progress, and document care in our streamlined system. You’ll join a supportive, mission-driven network that values inclusivity, innovation, and clinician well-being while helping reshape how mental healthcare is accessed nationwide.
