As both an owner and a massage therapist, Abbey understands the industry and the needs of massage therapists. Hand and Stone Indian Land takes care of their massage therapists, so you can focus on our clients!What we Offer: Sign on Bonus (up to $2k depending on services provided over a 6 month period) Referral Bonus of up to $300 Healthcare option Retirement plan option with a 3% employer match! Sponsorship of your South Carolina License Highly Competitive compensation structure Full-Time LMTs make $45k to $85k (20 to 40 services per week including tip) Part-Time LMTs make $20k to $45k (10 to 20 services per week including tip) Free Hands-on Training, uniform and CE credits available Paid New Hire Trainings with 12 CEU's. All necessary massage supplies provided and electric adjustable tables Family oriented, professional and safe work environment Flexible schedulesPosition Responsibilities: Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote health and wellness Treat clients in a professional, caring and respectful manner Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall health and wellness Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to each client Maintain treatment records that are recorded in a timely and detailed manner.Job Requirements: Comply with local and South Carolina massage licensing laws and regulations. Able to participate in a team and goal driven environment.
