Licensed Mental Health Professional
$5k Sign on Bonus for Full time and $2,500 Sign on Bonus for Part time!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at CHE Behavioral in Island Park, New York. As a multispecialty group of licensed professionals, we are committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. Our team of over 600 clinicians provides high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers
Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and developments in the field
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a strong understanding of the importance of mental health in overall well-being
