Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting therapeutic approaches to best support clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
Collaborate regularly with our treatment team to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.
Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and supervision to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications
A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.

Strong understanding of record-keeping procedures, including treatment documentation and compliance with patient privacy regulations.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle to meet specific client needs, as required.
Preferred Experience
Experience with telehealth service delivery, including proficiency with relevant technology platforms.
Familiarity with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
Previous work experience within community health or similar environments is highly valued.
