Job Description

Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs to create personalized therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional objectives.

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions designed to enhance patients' motor function, cognitive skills, and activities of daily living.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.

Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure consistent progress at home.

Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor outcomes and adapt treatment plans as needed, keeping patients on their path to success.

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Encouragement and support for continuing education or additional certifications.

Certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.

Skills
