Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks an LPN to deliver compassionate, clinically sound care to incarcerated individuals within our correctional healthcare team. In this on-site role, you’ll perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, support chronic disease management, and respond to urgent medical needs while maintaining safety and compliance with state and facility regulations. You will collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and custody staff, contribute to care planning and documentation, and provide patient education.
