Job DescriptionMaxim Healthcare Orlando, FL is hiring for a Creole-Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in Orlando, FL for 12 hour DAYS OR NIGHTS. Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time? APPLY TODAY!

\ N Responsibilities:
\ N Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
\ N On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
\ N Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
\ N Collects, analyzes, andinterprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
\ N Qualifications:
\ N Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
\ N Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
\ N Current BLS card.
One year of hands-on experience as a professional nurse is required
