Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In collaboration with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you’ll provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support individualized rehab plans. You’ll educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and promote safety and infection control.
