Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor patient status, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. Responsibilities include patient assessments within scope, documenting in the EMR, participating in care conferences, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
