Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and support care coordination in collaboration with RNs and providers. You will document accurately in the EMR, follow infection-control and safety standards, and educate patients and families.
