Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour
Are you a LPN nurse who is tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have 12 hour day and overnight shifts avaiable. Shifts available: Day Shift, Night Shift.
Full time and part time positions available.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
Provide resident and family education.
Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
Supervising CNAs
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Current Tennessee License-LPN
