Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with therapies, and support interdisciplinary treatment plans. You’ll educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to promote optimal recovery.
