Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high‑quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians. You will educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and promote safety and infection control.
