Your New Role:

We are currently looking for aninnovative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Team Leader to join the friendly team in Vermont South .
As theLifestyle Team Leader, you will be:
Implementing and delivering lifestyle programs and social calendars
Assessing and individualising lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents
Leading and developing a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers
Developing a wide range of activities in consultation with residents andfamily members
Engaging with community groups to build anetwork of support and social partners
Identifyingnew and meaningful events to keep our residents engagedPromoting our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm and Honest
About you :
A warm,enthusiasticand creative individual
Strong experience in Aged Care
Demonstrated leadership skills
Qualifications in Lifestyle andLeisure or Diversion Therapy
A person-centred focus and commitment to providinga high levelof service
Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
Computer and documentation skills
Availability to work full time Monday–Friday
