Join Our Team as a Line Cook! Are you passionate about creating delicious dishes and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Moat Mountain Smokehouse & Brewing Co. is looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team in North Conway, NH. As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to our unique dining experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Ensure proper plate presentation and food quality

Execute various cooking techniques including pasta, salads, scratch cooking, wok, broiling, seafood, sautéing, and more

Manage portion control and adhere to dietary restrictions and special diets

Create soups, desserts, sauces, and pastries

Required Skills:

Experience in a la carte cooking

Strong knife skills

Ability to make sauces from scratch

Knowledge of pastry making

Previous kitchen management experience

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with dietary restrictions and special diets

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Ability to work in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $38,000.00

Maximum Salary: $52,000.00
