Job description
Southwest Equity Partners, Inc. seeks an On-site Manager in Escondido, CA to handle leasing, resident services, and daily property operations. You will manage maintenance requests, accounting, and move‑in/move‑out duties while helping achieve financial and occupancy targets.
Living at the community is a job requirement. An onsite apartment is available (studio or 1‑bed) with a discount; compensation includes hourly pay and benefits.
