Physician Assistant | Surgery - General/Other Location: Gastonia, NC Employer: CompHealth Pay: $105 to $138 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position Some locum assignments can be as short as a day, others, years. Monday - Friday schedule with 1 - 4 nights of call per month Weekend call required Clinic: 6 - 10 patients per day; ICU: 3 - 5 patients Cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgery patient population First assist experience required vein harvesting, CABG, valves, TAVRs Must manage chest tubes, arterial lines, and central lines ACLS and BLS certifications required Active NC license required client will not wait for licensure We provide complimentary housing and travel We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan Your personal recruiter handles every detail, 24/7 Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
