Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking fellowship-trained Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens opportunity in Tacoma, Washington. This assignment supports pediatric cardiac anesthesia needs in a dedicated pediatric environment, including surgical cases, cardiac catheterization/electrophysiology procedures, and cardiac imaging support.

Start/Transition: ORs relocating to the stand-alone hospital starting 05/16/2026
Clinical Scope
Pediatric cardiac anesthesia support
Support for cardiac catheterization lab and electrophysiology (EP) procedures
Cardiac imaging assistance
Support surgical cases in a dedicated pediatric environment
Schedule Details
Typically one surgical patient per day
Some shifts may extend up to 24 hours (shift timing may include 07:00–07:00)
Practice Environment
Stand-alone pediatric hospital environment in Tacoma, Washington
Supports pediatric cardiac procedures, including surgery, cath/EP lab, and cardiac imaging
Requirements
MD degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Fellowship trained in pediatric cardiac anesthesia
Active Washington State medical license
