Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: York, PA Employer: HPA Healthcare Pay: $260 per hour Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Gynecologic Oncologist – Locum Tenens Pennsylvania | 13-Week Assignment HPA Healthcare is seeking a Gynecologic Oncologist for a highly competitive locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania. The facility needs approximately one week of coverage per month during this 13-week assignment, with some exceptions . Scheduling is flexible, making this an attractive opportunity for a physician seeking high-paying locums work without a full-time commitment. The facility can accommodate 7-day coverage blocks . There is an immediate coverage need from September 19 through October 12, 2026 , and physicians who can cover portions of this period should provide their exact available dates. Compensation Clinic / OR: $260/hour Weeknight Call: $750/night 24-Hour Weekend Call: $2,250/day Callback: $300/hour Pay Ranking TOP 10–15% – PREMIUM COMPENSATION We rank this overall compensation package in approximately the Top 10–15% of national Gynecologic Oncology locum tenens opportunities , particularly when considering the combination of: $260/hour scheduled clinic/OR compensation $750 paid weeknight call $2,250 paid 24-hour weekend call $300/hour callback APPs taking first call Approximately one week of coverage needed per month For a fellowship-trained surgical subspecialist, the separate compensation for scheduled work, pager call, weekend call, and callback creates particularly strong earning potential.
