Quick Facts Location: Flagstaff, AZ Start Date: 10/30/2026 End Date: 01/29/2027 Shift: Night, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (24-hour beeper call) Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: AZ license or IMLC, DEA Experience: Minimum 1 year Board Certification: BC or BE in OB/GYN Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $2,223 Benefits: Competitive pay package Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (if applicable) Paid sick time in accordance with law 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN coverage for Flagstaff Medical Center’s maternity department Manage 1-3 deliveries per shift, including assessment and intervention Respond to callbacks during the shift, averaging 4-8 hours Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure quality patient care Document care accurately within the Cerner EMR system Participate in the hospital’s OB/GYN on-call rotation Contribute to maintaining high standards for maternal and fetal health What You Need Required: Arizona medical license or IMLC DEA certification Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Preferred: Experience working in a hospital setting Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated team providing OB/GYN services at a reputable hospital in Flagstaff, AZ.
