Weekly Shifts Friday Saturday And Sunday 7a– 7p PT From 8/8 Through 9/21. We Need One Provider Who Can Cover All 7 Weeks Of Shifts.
Please Note That Provider Files Must Be Clean In Order To Make It Through
Credentialing In Time For Start Date.
OT After 40 Hours Per Week.
