Job description
Hardee's is seeking a Manager, Ops Risk Analytics to safeguard assets and profitability by reducing theft, controlling food costs and managing labor. You will analyze restaurant P&Ls and operations to develop mitigation strategies and work with Field Operations to address opportunities.
The role involves compiling loss data, implementing loss prevention methods, and guiding incident investigations while partnering with cross-functional teams in Operations, HR and Legal.
