* LPN LTC ($1,836.00/36hours/13-week assignment/08hours shift/ Evening shift)
* Clifton Springs, NY 14432
*Hourly rate - $45.90 ($16.50 taxable | $29.40 non-taxable)
*OT - $61.96
*Weekly Gross -
Weekly Gross - $1,836.00 ($660.00 taxable | $1,176.00 stipend)
*Lodging - $700.00
*M&IE - $476.00
* Evening shifts (3 PM11 PM/08 hours shift)
*5Shifts per week
Requirements:
* NY state license required
* 1+ yearof experience as LPN LTC required
* 75-mile radius rule
* AHA BLS required
