Position Summary

We're seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our team at The Knollwood Nursing Center within The Briarwood Community located in Worcester, MA, where you'll provide compassionate, quality-driven nursing care with manageable patient loads and the support of consistent CNAs and engaged leadership. Position Type: Full Time (Long-term Care)

Salary Range: $32.00 - $49.82

Pay dependent on license and years of experience.

Shift Type: 7am-3pm (1st Shift)

Your Role Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with a dedicated care team, you will:

Provide direct and indirect nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and DPH regulations

Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN program

Current Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)

Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome!)

Current CPR certification; IV therapy certification preferred

Compliance with state CEU requirements
