Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitals, and assisting with rehab-focused care plans. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to support safe transitions and maximize functional recovery. You’ll document care accurately, educate patients and families, and uphold quality and safety standards.
