Job description
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated LTAC Registered Nurse for a local position in Jackson, TN. In this role, you will provide complex, long-term acute care to medically fragile adult patients, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, wound care, IV therapy, and continuous monitoring. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate individualized care plans and ensure safe transitions.
