Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications, monitor vital signs, support rehab therapies, and educate patients and families on recovery plans. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to coordinate individualized care, document clinical progress, and promote safe transitions.
