Job description
Anthropic is seeking an M&A Tax Director to lead tax workstreams across acquisitions, acqui-hires, data center investments, and other strategic deals. You will partner with Corporate Development, Legal, and Finance to evaluate tax risks and structure, from due diligence through post-closing integration.
The role requires JD or CPA with strong transactional tax experience, including 7–10 years in M&A tax, and advanced taxation credentials.
