Perform routine maintenance and repairs.What you will do:Run automated insertion and/or pick and place equipment for printed circuit board assemblies under direct supervision and written procedures.Maintain records for all manufactured product. Assist in development and implementation of insertion and/or pick and place procedures.Knowledge of leaded versus lead free assembly processesPerform preventative maintenance based on the machine manufacturer's schedule.Assist in major machine maintenance and repairs.Develop auto insertion and/or pick and place machine programs and edit existing programs as required by ECO changes.Ability to read and work from blue prints, diagrams, schematics and other manufacturing documentation with direct supervision.Ability to float on floor where there is a work need.Follow safety procedures.Maintain clean and orderly work area.Train others as needed.Demonstrate willingness to follow safety procedures.Ability to follow written and oral instructions.Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.Ability to work regularly and dependably.Ability to function and thrive in a team environment.Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectivesWorks to consistently meet and exceed customer requirementsContinuously strives for operational excellence and continuous improvementDemonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.Ability to cross train in other areas.Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.What you will bring:High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.Basic communication and math skills generally associated with a high school education.Minimum of one to two years of experience in electronics field, preferred.Have a working knowledge of all necessary tools and equipment.Knowledge of electronics components (types and values), preferred.High energy level, quick learner, and highly flexible.Positive attitude.Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$24.68Compensation Type:HourlyIncentive Eligible:NoSales Commission Eligible:NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.Paid time off includes up to 15 vacation days, paid holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.401K match up, educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.Safety Sensitive Role:Yes The company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive.
