Machine OperatorExpress Employment Professionals is looking for a machine operator for a local coffee and tea manufacturer in Lenoir City, TN.Machine Operator Responsibilities:Set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot production machinery.Ensures equipment runs efficiently and meets product specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.Perform minor repairs and ensure machinery meets product specs (e.g., settings, seals, oxygen levels).Conduct quality checks and document results accurately.Complete changeovers, including sanitation and reassembly.Communicate equipment or personnel issues to supervisors.Perform other duties as assigned.Machine Operator Qualifications:1–3 years of production experience, ideally in the food/beverage industry.Ability to work in a manufacturing setting and follow safety protocols and FDA regulations.Availability to work overtime as assigned.Machine Operator Shift:Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pmMust be able to work on Fridays as needed & OvertimeBenefits included:PTO accrualMinimum Essential Coverage Medical401(k)Referral Bonuses
