Maintenance Mechanic

We are currently seeking candidates for our 2nd shift Maintenance team. The Maintenance Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities. Hours for this role are Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 2:00am, Fridays as scheduled per production requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Other duties may be assigned
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience required.
Maintenance experience in a printing environment preferred.
Experience troubleshooting equipment strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills to include both verbal and written.
