Job description

Apply management consulting judgment to help evaluate and improve frontier AI models. Your experience will inform the standards used to assess AI-generated analyses, recommendations, and problem-solving.

Role Overview This is an ongoing talent-pool listing for AI training and evaluation projects, rather than a specific active assignment. Matching projects may begin on short notice, and qualified consultants are contacted when a relevant opportunity becomes available.

Key Responsibilities Create case prompts based on engagements you have led, including the client situation, available data, constraints, and a reference answer used to evaluate model responses.

Assess AI-generated market-sizing and profitability analyses, including segmentation, driver trees, and whether recommendations follow from the numbers.

Identify polished AI responses that would not hold up in a partner review or client steering committee.

Use your professional standards and expertise as a rubric for evaluating frontier AI outputs.

Qualifications Professional experience in strategy, operations, or transformation consulting.

Clear written communication and the ability to explain your reasoning.

Comfort working through ambiguous tasks and raising unclear instructions.

Experience owning analysis and client-facing recommendations, rather than solely producing slides.

Relevant backgrounds commonly include MBB firms, Big Four strategy practices, boutique or tier-two strategy firms, functional consulting in pricing, operations, organizational design, or post-merger integration, and in-house strategy, corporate development, or internal consulting roles at large companies. Firm name is less important than the scope of your ownership.

Work Terms Engagements are remote and paid hourly. Each project invitation will specify its rate, hours, and client. This listing itself does not make hiring decisions or provide an acceptance or rejection outcome. Project timing depends on client demand and may range from within a week to several months.

Compensation Past project rates have ranged from $90 to $120 per hour, with final rates set by project scope and depth.

Eligibility Completing the domain-expert interview and joining each network for which you qualify can improve your chance of being matched. A single registration makes you eligible across applicable networks.

Application Process Submit your resume, confirm your work location, and complete a short AI interview of about 20 minutes. Your background is then verified before you are added to the management consulting talent pool and considered for matching projects.
