Manufacturing Assembly Worker – Catheter AssemblyWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Workers to join a catheter assembly team in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts.The ideal candidate has previous assembly or manufacturing experience and is comfortable performing small, detailed assembly work using a microscope. Previous medical device experience is preferred but not required.ResponsibilitiesPerform small and detailed assembly of catheter componentsComplete assembly work in a manufacturing environmentUse a microscope to perform and inspect precision assemblyHandle small components carefully and accuratelyFollow written work instructions and established manufacturing proceduresMaintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly processKeep the work area clean and organizedFollow company safety and quality requirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious assembly experience requiredComfortable working with a microscopeAbility to perform small, detailed assembly workPrevious manufacturing experienceStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to follow instructions and established proceduresMedical device manufacturing experience is preferred, but not requiredBenefits (employee contribution):Health insuranceHealth savings accountDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insuranceRetirement planAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
