Job description
Openwork is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a manufacturing client in Texas. You will oversee payroll for up to 90 employees, benefits administration, safety coordination, and HR operations reporting directly to the President/CEO.
This full‑cycle HR role requires hands‑on daily responsibilities, onboarding, open enrollment, OSHA logs, unemployment claims, and strong Paylocity and 401(k) administration experience. Flexibility and meticulous recordkeeping are essential in this on‑site role.
