Manufacturing Lead Operator
SMX is hiring for a Manufacturing Lead Operator position for our premier client, Heartland Automotive, in Greencastle, IN! This position will supervise and coordinate all activities related to maintaining and operating equipment. 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm ($18.50/hour)

Job Responsibilities:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to perform equipment maintenance
Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts
Strong leadership and decision-making processes
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience:
2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Microsoft Office
Associate Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
Background Check
Drug Test
Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
