nPOSITION SUMMARY:
nThe Marine Service Technician perform all service and warranty repairs on boats, motors, trailers or ATVs in a timely and efficient manner according to manufacturer specifications.
nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
nnnTroubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical and electrical problems on respective boat, motors, trailers, and ATVs.
n
nnInstalls all types of accessory items.
n
nnAdvises customers on technical questions and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
n
nnWater tests unit with customers to verify work performed and to explain the operation of the product.
n
nnPerforms rigging as required.
n
nnMaintains a clean and professional work area
n
nnALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
n
n nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
nnnHigh School education or equivalent experience
n
nnHigher level technical certifications preferred
n
n nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
nnnUnderstanding of electrical systems and wiring
n
nnAbility to communicate in a professional manner to our customers and associates
n
nnAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, associates and customer
n
n nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
